Order Confirmation and Production Leadtime You will automatically received an Order Confirmation with tracking number once checking out from the shopping cart. We will contact you by email within 1 day to confirm your order and advise production leadtime. To ensure that You only receive fresh soap, we keep very minimal stock. Payment Method Currently, we only accept bank-in (cash or cheque) and TT to Soapy Sdn Bhd Maybank account. In short future, we hope to upgrade soon to accept Paypal payment method. Payment Currency We accept Ringgit for all local orders. We accept SGD for orders from Singapore and other international orders, we accept USD. Shipping Policy We shipped all orders within Penisular Malaysia by appointed courier service provider. For lower shipping cost, orders from Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore are shipped by Registered Parcel Rate by Post Malaysia. International orders are shipped by Malaysia Pos Courier Service or customer's courier service account. Delivery Lead Time Once we confirm received of payment, Your order will be sent ASAP. For orders within Penisular Malaysia, it takes 1 to 3 days to arrive. For Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore, it will takes about 7 to 10 working days to arrive. All other international order by Malaysia Pos Courier service will take about 7 to 14 working days, including custom processing. Correct Delivery Details It is important that You check and confirm that the delivery address is correct as stated on Order Confirmation. Wrongly keyed address will result Your order not arrive or arrive late. We may be able to have courier service provider to reroute the shipment but charge by courier service provider will applied and pass to You. If a reroute is not possible and You still want the order, we'll have to wait for the original package to arrive at our warehouse, affix a correct label and charge You handling cost which may include the courier service provider charge for returning the package to us. International Orders We shipped via DHL or customer courier service account to all international orders. You are responsible for all import duties, brokerage fees and taxes upon arrival at the country of destination. We will confirm the shipping charges with you by email after received your order confirmation. Product Replacement Policy Defective or wrongly sent product due to our mistake is accepted for replacement within 1 day from received date; provided it is return back in the original packing. Products that come with manufacturing seal or manufacturing rapping will not be replaced once the seal or rapping is broken, torn or tear off. Return and Exchange Policy Goods sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable unless its fall within our Product Replacement Policy. Soaps Appearance Because all soaps are handmade, please accept that the colours and outlook like marble patterns may differ from batch to batch. We QC the soap for weight and ph to ensure each bar is safe for used. Privacy Policy We are committed to respecting your privacy. We will not disclose any information about your individual visits to our site or any of the personal information that you have provided such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit/debit card details to any third party without your consent, except when required by law to do so.
